Shipping and returns
SHIPPING:
Each order is prepared up to 24 hours after your order (except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Custom parts orders may take longer.
You will be notified by email once the order has been shipped. At certain times of the year, preparation can take up to 48h to 72h. We send all our orders to Portugal by regular (registered) mail without AR.
All international orders are sent by regular mail with online tracking.
In terms of delivery times it can take up to 10 (usually between 4/5) business days in Europe and 15 business days for the rest of the world.
You can upgrade to Express Shipping with deliveries up to 5/7 business days in Europe, 8 business days to the US and 8-9 business days to the rest of the world.
Atelier Curva is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and when delivering the goods to the carrier, so it will not assume the risk of loss and ownership of the goods.
We can only deliver to the delivery address provided with your order. Changes are not allowed after the order has been submitted.
SHIPPING COSTS:
For purchases over 45€, postage for normal shipping is free.
You will receive a link to be able to track your order, as soon as the shipment is made, through the indicated email address.
We work with CTT (Correios de Portugal), for normal shipping and express delivery. We may occasionally opt for other carriers.
Shipping costs can be viewed on the order completion page, according to the destination, weight of the order and for each postal service or parcel of CTT.
FEES AND TAXES:
International shipping does not include taxes and fees. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes that may apply at the time of delivery. We advise international customers to confirm / calculate applicable taxes and fees before purchasing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
To make returns or exchanges you must contact the customer service via email ateliercurva@gmail.com and explain the problem and / or the reason for the return or exchange. The subject of this email should be “Return/Exchange - order number XXXXX”
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges of earrings, as well as pieces made according to the consumer's specifications or manifestly personalized.
You must return your order in its original packaging.
We recommend that you use a secure shipping method or that can be tracked, for example registered, and that you keep proof of shipping. Until we receive the returned product to the address to indicate, the products and the respective conditions are the responsibility of the customer.
The products must not have marks of use and must be in conditions of sale, and the customer will be held responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.
The costs arising from the exchange of products will be borne by the Customer.
After receiving and analyzing the product, we will proceed with the exchange or refund (if valid), within 15 working days from the date of receipt.
